Port of Ness, Isle of Lewis
Port of Ness, Isle of Lewis is a village in the parish of Ness. Here you will find an intriguing little harbour, the entrance to which is through the gap between a cliff face and a large rocky islet. One end of the harbour merges into an extremely attractive east-facing beach where the tide was racing in. As you can see from the big sky, it was quite stormy and later on that night we had a 90 mph gale.
