Duke of Portland Boathouse, Ullswater

The famous Duke of Portland boathouse lies on the shores of Ullswater near Pooley Bridge. I took this shot when the sun was setting and a thin vale of mist started to gather above the lake and around the colourful trees. The little star on the roof makes an interesting feature when reflected in the calm water.
