Great Spotted Woodpecker

We have been getting a varied amount of wildlife near our lodge at Bassenthwaite and was just looking out of the window when this Great Spotted Woodpecker stopped and gave me a once-over. Looks like he was looking for food in crevasses just in case it's going to be a harsh winter.
