Mardale Head and Haweswater

I took this image of Mardale Head and Haweswater whilst on a family walk from Mardale Head up Kidsty Pike then on to High Street returning via The Rigg. It’s usually a very peaceful place but not on that day as we found ourselves in amongst hundreds of runners taking part in The Lakeland 50 Long Distance Trail Race!
