Moonrise over Blencathra

Coming home from seeing some friends at Stair Mill we decided to take the high road above Derwentwater as it was going to be a clear night. The Moonrise over a snow capped Blencathra was a complete bonus. Luckily I managed to position myself so I could see the moon's reflection with some sunset colour still hanging on.
