Snake River and the Grand Teton

We had been in the Grand Teton area for about 4 days and had not been allowed to go down to the landing due to road works and the workers equipment being parked in the lay by preventing people going down the road to Snake River and the Grand Teton. As we were leaving the area we noticed that the rangers were allowing people to go down to the landing. We were so thankful that at last we were going to visit this place that I had only seen in books. We were not disappointed, the snake river was perfectly calm and the reflections were to die for. The Grand Tetons and pine trees were beautifully reflected and the small pools were a delight to visit all the way along the river.
