Striding Edge and Catstycam from Helvellyn Summit

Rebecca and I had a great walk on Christmas Eve to see Striding Edge and Catstycam from Helvellyn Summit. It was bitterly cold with no wind at the base of Helvellyn near Thirlmere but on the summit was another matter. Very windy with a wind chill of at least -5 so we didn't stay around for long, just butties and a hot drink. It was a great day with my daughter as I don't see her now she's working and living in London as often as I would like.
