Sunsets over The Abana Ship Wreck off the Fylde Coast
A perfect opportunity arose where there was a sufficiently low tide that co-incided with a perfect sunset time to capture The Abana Ship Wreck off the Fylde Coast. The ship was lost in a terrible storm in 1894 when sailing from Liverpool to Savannah Georgia carrying vegetables and had a crew of 17 whom all survived. Fantastic to see the remains of a boat nearly 130 years in the Irish Sea
