The Wastwater Screes

Wasdale and Wastwater has got to be one of the most dramatic locations in Lakeland. I think the Wastwater Screes is really special located on the southern slope of Wastwater. The colour of the screes can be very vivid but you have to wait for the sun to start to set down the valley so in clears the mountains that can keep them in darkness for much of the day.
